the location was acceptable and close to ginza six.
the staff were not helpful at all. when i arrived early, the first staff member was not accommodating about waiting in the lobby (i was with my elderly parents). later, another staff allowed us to wait in the café if we ordered food, and a third helped us check in early for a fee, after staff no. 1 said no.

The blackout curtains worked well. I found them motorized. The shower had strong water pressure. The toilet was in a separate room, which I appreciated. The location was excellent, and Lawson supermarket was very close. I also liked that the hotel was close to train lines.
Some staff did not offer help with luggage without a specific request.

The room had everything one needs and more!!!
The late check out policy really soured my experience. The details weren't clear, and friends had different check-out times. I rushed back to check out on time, but I still got slapped with a late check-out fee. A little flexibility would have been nice!!!

The location was convenient. Access to Ginza Six gave many restaurant choices nearby, and it was easy to reach different subway lines. The room impressed me with its intelligent appliances. Motion sensor lights added a delicate touch, and a SmartTV provided access to YouTube and Netflix. I appreciated the bedding. It felt super clean and contributed to restful nights. They refunded me without any trouble.
The hotel WiFi was not strong. Speeds proved quite slow, hard to accomplish simple tasks.
